Teila Higgins is a delta gamma alumni from Butler University (IN). After working in Indianapolis for a year, she transferred to Atlanta to work for Campus Crusade for Christ full time. She has lived in Atlanta for almost five years working as a national Greek ministry consultant for Crusade and planning conferences and events for the Southeast Region (AL, GA, FL, MS). Not all strategies are equally effective. One person can make a huge impact. Billy Graham, D.L. Moody and others like them have made huge impacts on the world; but how do you build something that is bigger than just one person, something that will outlive you? Spritual multiplication is the answer. Campus Crusade for Christ seeks to build movements of spiritual multiplication, not just personal ministries. One person could try and go alone to change a Greek system on campus for Christ, but this isn't our strategy. We send people in teams, with intent to make a long-term, multiplying impact in every fraternity and sorority House.
